Owners were brilliant, helpful, kind, accommodating, flexible, facilities were outstanding!! Best place I have ever stayed and fantastic value for money. Was home away from home and myself and my dog felt so looked after and cared for in all aspects…dog poo bags and treats complimentary, my dog was treated and pampered just as much as myself!! Room amenities exceptional, everything you could possibly need or even want, fresh baked cakes everyday!! Complimentary toiletries and drinks and snacks in fridge and basket!! So quite and peaceful. My room and all areas spotless!! Such a relaxing atmosphere and nothing was too much to ask for or change. Location perfect 5 mins from station and short walk to waterfront and other attractions. Cannot wait to book again!!!

Joseph and Steve are INCREDIBLE hosts, every little detail is so well thought out and I felt so well looked after. The rooms are beautiful, gorgeous products, snacks, refreshments and hospitality. Can’t wait to come back!

What a fantastically warm welcome we received from Steve and Joseph. When we book accommodation it’s extremely important to have onsite parking and a lovely comfortable bed and we could not fault either of those. We were extremely surprised and shocked to have freshly baked cakes every morning and every time we had our room serviced there were a selection of complimentary drinks placed in the fridge. We travel a lot and we have never received this kind of treatment anywhere else. We asked for a variation of breakfasts because of the different activities we’d got planned throughout our stay and our requests were accommodated every time. We also thought how lovely it was to see dressing gowns available for our use too. We thought the cake fruit and water that were given on leaving was a final touch to an amazing stay. We very rarely return to hotels more than once, but this one has more than exceeded our expectations.

Very nice welcome by owners made fuss of my dog. Lovely single room .complimentary gin and tonic in fridge , water and orange juice, and fresh milk provided. Also, a snack box in your room full of treats to nibble on. Lovely slice of coffee cake left in the room as a welcome to have with your hot drink. Breakfast was excellent. I had eggs benidict perfect eggs. Lovely bacon muffin and hollandaise sauce. Plenty of cereals toast fruit juice yoghurt pastries. My dog even got a sausage for breakfast. Best place I stayed at for a while. I wish I could have spent more than one night there.

⭐️ These guys from booking to leaving were nothing short of legendary & couldn't have been any more accommodating &, kind..As a solo female traveller, feeling comfortable and welcomed means the world to me.. ⭐️ From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with such warmth and friendliness that I instantly felt at home. The hospitality here is truly exceptional - Steve & Joseph went above and beyond to make sure every part of my stay was perfect, they more than exceeded my expectations. So many sweet surprises, including incredible home - baked cakes, freshly baked, and it's these little touches that made my experience truly golden. 😊 ⭐️ Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the amenities were excellent, making my stay both comfortable and memorable. ⭐️ It's rare to find that combines such genuine kindness with such high standards, but this guest house does it effortlessly. ⭐️ I left with a full heart (and a slightly fuller stomach) ⭐️ What makes this Guest House exceptional is not just the beautiful space, but the people who run it, Steve and Jo have such warm hearts and an effortless way of making you feel special and at home. Keep doing what you are doing guys, you are truly golden ❤️
