Well kept, clean accommodation in a good area for public transport, ie buses and trams Room was clean with everything you could think of, even a fridge which is great for your wine or cold drinks. Breakfast was good, you choose your requirements the night before, and service is quick, enabling you to enjoy a full day ahead Owner is friendly, without being overpowering Price is very fair for what you get.

Had the loveliest stay at the golden sands last week for my boyfriend's birthday. Breakfast was delicious and Angie couldn't make us feel any more welcome than she did. Will definitely be rebooking for next year! :)

Topsoftheworldet but the certain male owner had excused me boiling eggs in the electric kettle I told him I did not boil eggs in kettle as the shells would proffered this I simply cracked the 6 ducks eggs I Buyed wish Togeather with protein power mix I buyed ok I told him it was the room4 I stopped in the sink hot water tap had tripped the electric 2 times I tried endless to contact the owners of golden sands that last night stay it was strange odd experience apparently the morning I left angie owner said she lives in the hotel building I ask why she never come to rooms also why landline never answered as it was on answered machine also I had texts the mobile golden sands but no Replys not sure if this electric tripped issues was done Delibrate by tampering round kitchen sink as this is the issue not excused me of boiling 6 duck eggs in kettle lol the duck shells shown there was no boiling however it was the hot water tap sink I know this as it flashed banged in my room4 ok the end DET lol

Where do I start with this B&B, we booked this as a last minute deal as we had a dog. We ended up leaving the hotel early as the lady owner was a vile person. Do not leave anything valuable in your room as they will go in your room (even when the do not distrub sign is on the door) and rummage through your personal things. We have put a complaint into hotels.com and credit card company
