A really warm welcome when we arrived. Very good breakfast. A really good location to walk down to the seafront etc.

Paula and Ray were the perfect hosts, always on hand, helpful and so knowledgeable on local attractions, restaurants and buses. Their well oiled team were faultless and so attentive at breakfast. If you're looking for a place to stay in Torquay, then look no further. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, thank you. Pete

Ray and Paula offer a fantastic, warm and friendly classic B&B experience. We had a great few days, each beginning with a lovely cooked breakfast, with a satisfying amount of customisation available. The B&B is perfectly positioned for all the delights of Torquay, the beach and town a short stroll away, with the railway station handily at the end of the street. The bedrooms were clean and spacious and I had a great, quiet, night's sleep. Ray's bar was well stocked with great local ales and we even enjoyed some pleasant evening drinks out on the patio. Convenient parking also available at the front of the B&B. Don't look elsewhere if considering a trip to Torquay.

Lovely friendly staff and good knowledge of the area. The breakfast was really good , would recommend staying at this property.

Truly warm welcome-with a much needed “cuppa”! A very friendly place, we always feel welcome. Close enough to attractions, far enough away to be quiet. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Paula and Ray and their team look after their guests very well. They are always ready with up to date advice on what is going on, and how to get there. Stay here and you will be very glad you did.

Very nice. I had a Beautifull room, the added touches were very nice indeed. Lovely reception staff, I had a great stay and would definitely return. It felt luxurious!

Paula & Ray were very welcoming & friendly. Paula gave us lots of information about the area, breakfast was lovely and everywhere was spotlessly clean. Room was ideal with good quality bedding and comfy beds. Thank you Paula & Ray.
