Excellent breakfast Paula and Ray very welcoming

This place is immaculate and the owners Ray and Paula are fantastic hosts. The breakfast was fabulous. It has our highest recommendation if you are staying in Torquay do yourself a favour and book here!

Very friendly hosts, with nothing being too much for them. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfasts, including the egg white omelette 😋. The staff were attentive and helpful. Car parking available, although a little tight for larger vehicles.

Third visit to Grosvenor House, a warm welcome from Paula and Ray. I cannot recommend the place more highly. Nice clean airy rooms, with complimentary tea & coffee, replaced every day. Good breakfast served with a smile. Handy carpark in front of B&B, but no need to use your car, Torquay station close by, and bus stop just up the road for a trip to Babbacombe, or down on the front for the bus to Paignton or Brixham. A short stroll down the road from the B&b through the grounds of Tore Abbey takes you to the sea front.

Outstanding breakfast, private parking with EV charging. Quiet location, but on a bus route & less than a 10 minute walk to Torquay Railway Station.

Nothing not to like.

Excellent situation next to a bus stop which goes into centre of torquay. Rooms were spotless and breakfast delicious. Fresh fruit every day as well as cereals and great choice for cooked breakfast. Paula and Ray were wonderful hosts and were a mine of useful information. Can't wait to come back
