Like the stuff .very friendly and helpful.lots of information and guidance . location was good as it gives you the opportunity to see the surroundings while you going to the beach side. Good bonus is they have parking and cameras outside and in.is quiet area.no music or train or traffic noise.big bonus .definitely will come again.

...Would do with a good dusting for next time hopefully and cleaning more the bathroom.we didn't make a shower as it was a spider living in there and a hair.the sink drain was pink around the edges so for me is a big 👎🏼👎🏼.also no soap in the bathroom.

The flexibility in breakfast was much appreciated

We had a lovely stay 😊 the beds were comfortable, the room was decorated lovely. We had a twin room which can also be a double which had views to the front of the property and side. The room was perfect for my mum and me 😊 There is a carpark attached to the property and if this is full, there is parking on the road adjacent to the Guest House. The breakfast was lovely loads to chose from. Paula and Ray were lovely hosts to us and made us feel very welcome 😊 We will definitely be back to the property that's for sure. Beats some of the places we've stayed in before. Definitely would recommend to everyone whether a business trip or leisure trip 😊

only negative aspect of the stay was the price of eV charging at the property; 80p/kW is among the highest prices in the UK;

Our second visit (to work at the Riviera Centre for the weekend) and we shall be back next year for this annual event. Glad we have found such a comfortable and friendly guest house, very reasonable rates and great service. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities required (equivalent to a good hotel stay). Thanks.

The perfect place to stay in Torquay. The hotel is very clean and comfortable with great beds and good facilities. The rooms are large and include family rooms, if you have children. There's a small bar if you need an evening drink and a comfy lounge if you want to relax with TV and board games available. Breakfasts are great with plenty of choices including full English, omelettes, cereals, fruit and yogurts. The hosts Paula and Ray are wonderful, so welcoming and friendly. If you don't know the area they will help you with where to go and what to do. Nothing is too much trouble. The location is great, being just 5/10 minutes to the seafront and just behind Torre Abbey area. Walking distance to the harbour and town centre and many restaurants and bars. Easy access to everywhere by car and buses available across the road or on the sea front. Would highly recommend and have booked our return trips for next year already.
