"Fantastic place"

What a fabulous b&b. Nothing was too much trouble and the owners customer service is wonderful. There's even proper milk for your tea! The breakfast selection is one of the best I've ever seen. I would definitely recommend Sinai house to anyone. I'm doing the south west coast path walk and it's a great location for that

"Exceptional"

An absolute pleasant stay! The room had ample space for stargazing, a short walk away from the valley of the rocks. The breakfast was delicious, topped with a lovely coastal view overlooking the town. Staff were friendly and very helpful - would highly recommend.

A beautiful period property set on the hillside in Lynton, overlooking Lynmouth and the East and West Lyn river valleys. Alison and Victor are exceptional hosts, providing a very warm yet unobtrusive welcome to Sinai House which - unlike many other B&Bs in the area - has its own free parking alongside spectacular coastal and riverside woodland views. Our room was comfortable, clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a long weekend break. Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared each morning, with several hot and cold options available. Sinai House is an award winning B&B and comes highly recommended. Simply put: you MUST stay here!
