The sofa bed was not made nto bed like I had called and requested. But the front desk clerk took care of it immediately HERSELF because we were such a late check in. Amazing service! The room also was super clean! Also, we had a king and the pillows were amazing!

I just love it!!!! Country and beautiful inside and out, especailly outside cause its surrounded by a lil forest even tho its in a small town with stores and stuff very nearby

Reserved a certain room days prior to and upon arrival I didnā€™t get the room I had reserved. Front desk was not helpful at all. They acted like they didnā€™t even care about the situation. The room was dirty, the couch was dirty and pull out bed wouldnā€™t come out. The front desk gave me all the sheets and pillows as if I had to do it myself because they gave me the wrong room and just threw the stuff on the counter

"Beautiful hotel and great front desk service!"

Really like this hotel and the front desk was extremely helpful. Hotel was remodeled 4 years ago. Very modern and clean. Everything in working order. We didnā€™t get to use the pool, but the outdoor pool area looked very nice and had a small jacuzzi spa. We left before the breakfast was served, but they had coffee out, so we didnā€™t have to stop. We stayed one night, We had traveled 10 hours that day, checked in, and went to our room. We stopped so we could watch the Cowboys/Packers game. We couldnā€™t find the channel it was on and consulted with the front desk. She came to our room to try to find the channel, but was unable to. She said she would check other rooms to see if she could find it. She came to our room a few minutes later and told us she had found the game in another room on a different floor and would we like to move. We sure did! Even though our Cowboys lost (in overtime), we were very appreciative for the job this lady did for us. I donā€™t know her name, but she was working the front desk around 2:45 on November 13th. Kudos! Would definitely stay again.
