The first lady working the desk was about to meltdown. The second lady was great 2 hours later. A/C didnā€™t work in first room. 2nd lady at front desk got us moved to another room. She was very nice

They switched our room from 2 queens to a king with a pullout. They didnā€™t give us any linens at all for the pullout so we had to go to the front desk twice to get some. Otherwise we slept comfortably and well.

"Mother's Day Weekend "

Customer Service wasn't good nobody was at the front desk when arrived. Took 15-20 minutes to get checked in when i did everything online couldn't find my reservation then manager had to come and help out. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevators were out!!

The staff was great. The curly dark haired woman was the best! I donā€™t remember her name. The only issue was that the elevator was broken. There was a huge group of young basketball players that were really loud. I called and requested to move rooms, and 5 minutes later the front desk called to let me know that they had taken care of it and there was silence.

"Holiday for us "

It was so clean and neat. The hotel clerk was very nice and she gave great references when I asked her best places to have dinner
