The room was awesome and roomy. The staff was incredible as far as friendliness and helping out. My family loved the breakfast. By far the best Holiday Inn Express we've ever stayed at. We stay at them everywhere we go. Carpet is dated and dirty.

Had a good experience. I would consider staying here again if I was staying in the area. The location was very safe. The hotel met my needs. I checked in at 3 pm and was able to make sure we got the correct room and the clerk at desk was very good to deal with. At check out, I believe I dealt with the owner/operators and they were very nice and pleasant. Took advantage of the late check out which was nice but didn’t partake in the continental breakfast. The self serve coffee was good though.

"Happy stays at Holiday Inn Express Germantown TN"

We love this small super clean Germantown hotel. We have stayed many nights while here on family business. We like the third floor where all of our views have been of trees and park land. We’ve seen many deer at early morning & at dusk. This is our go to for this part of Memphis/Germantown.
