Was made to feel so welcome by Sabu even though it was late on Room was a great size but was dated - blinds were old and need replacing. Pool wasn’t the cleanest and the fitness centre was really small. Laundry facilities were excellent on a long trip Breakfast was hit and miss - 2nd day with omelettes definitely better than the dehydrated scramble eggs Not a lot nearby to get food so be prepared to drive

Safe, quiet, clean, bed was very comfortable and the best thing is it was conveniently close to my dr office!!

Staff were awesome! Quick to take care of our needs. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Felt safe going out for walks! Will definitely be back. Breakfast was hot and ready every morning. Hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, walgreens and arena.

Absolutely phenomenal showers at this establishment. Water pressure was the best I’ve seen in all my years. Plus an adjustable shower head just did the trick. To top it all off they had Dove branded cleansing gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Just a special special shower at a special place.

I chose this hotel based on reviews of top rated hotels in Germantown. We booked thru our Am/Ex card which uses 3rd party (Expedia). Our room looked like it had once been a suite, but the extra furniture was gone except for one upholstered footstool. The curtain was gone, just a raggedy looking shade that allowed light in at the bottom about 6” (which was no big deal). Truthfully, it was a room decidedly for a one night’s stay. No coffeepot or glasses, just 2 sealed paper cups. Again, no big deal, but sure was not welcoming. The 2 Queen beds were wonderful! Clean sheets and comfortable terrific beds. That made up for everything. The bathroom floor could have used a good cleaning but the tub and sink area were nice and clean. Plenty of nice towels. Hotel staff was very super nice. A front desk gentleman helped my husband carry 2 trays of yogurt, fruit and coffee to our room. There were few guests at the hotel as it was a Sunday. I guess my satisfaction standard is a 3 due to the poor amenities in the room.
