Rick, the manager, was so helpful! We were in town for my dad’s memorial service. We had 3 rooms with folks coming in and leaving on different days. He made it a breeze and handled everything with a smile!

""Go-to" hotel in the Memphis, TN area"

This is my "go to" hotel while in the Memphis area. Located in a cul-d-sac it is quiet and near restaurants. The hotel staff is great, always attentive and pleasant. The common areas are clean and well kept. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The rooms area well equipped and quiet as well. The beds are very comfortable and both soft and stiff pillows, a great combination. As far as security I have never had an issue at this hotel. The parking is well lit and the spaces are adequate for the occupancy. I highly recommend this hotel, you won't be disappointed. As a side note, others must feel the same way as I run into the same people who are staying at the same time as myself.

"Crooks!!"

My friend and I stayed here and thought it was bizarre that a menu of how much each item in the room costs was on the night stand. Like.. is this that bad of a problem around here?? Well... today we found out why! Apparently they accuse people of stealing their items! We were accused of stealing a pillow!!!! What on earth!!! When we called back to speak with the Patel that left the accusation in voice mail.. suddenly he can't be found and the manager on duty had no idea what the number to anyone who could assist us was. This place is SHADY!!! No shade on holiday inn... but this operator is a crook!!!
