Property was great and offered many amenities. The only downside is how expensive everything on the property is from food to renting chairs to parking. It would be nice if more things were included in the resort fee.

HHV is self-contained community which offers everything needed for a great stay in Oahu. It should be a default choice for most families. Hilton has done a fantastic job over the years of maintaining a consistent level of quality of experience and service at HHV.

It was beautiful. We were able to see the ocean from our balcony and the city and it looked just absolutely beautiful.

Our room was never able to connect to the wifi to watch any of our streaming services. While we only stayed here for 3 nights and did not spend a ton of time in our room, it was rather inconvenient to not have streaming services available in our resort suite in the evenings. Despite two visits from their IT department, they were never able to figure out why none of the TVs in our room would connect to the wifi. Our ice machine in our fridge was missing completely, although the room service attendant quickly brought 3 bags of ice for us once he realized that we did not have a working ice machine. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I'd say the hotel itself was lacking in some essential resources to be able to fully support the staff and guests.

Everyone was so nice especially the hospitality and front desk. We were treated exceptionally well! Jeri was the best! Loved spending our vacation here!

Very clean, staff was super friendly, and the amenities were wonderful! I would definitely return here for another vacation or business trip.

Love that they were super friendly and very accommodating the pools were nice and always was able to find a place to sit good food around very peaceful quiet rooms comfortable beds

Parking

Horrible service at check in, front desk. Keanu really did not care. He kept on saying because we booked with a third party we have no priority. Therefore they gave us the worst possible room on the lowest possible floor. No effort was made to try to accommodate us. We will not stay at Hilton again.
