"Fine vacation"

High prices around the resort. No lifeguards, very few workers around the resort. Not enough poolside chairs. The grounds are well kept. Our room had items from previous guests, definitely required some additional cleaning… housekeeping did provide me with some supplies to clean, so that’s something. The pools were nice. The kids enjoyed the lagoon.

Shout out to Bre-Ann who helped us to organise a special reunion dinner for 7 at the wonderful Bali restaurant at very short notice. She gave excellent advice, was knowledgable, friendly and engaged. Thank you! Also Grace was excellent at check-in and was able to find a room for early checkin for my elderly mother after a long trip from Australia. Loved the hotel - a quiet oasis from the crowds whilst being with easy walking distance of the places we wanted to go. Our trip was special - a 60 year reunion with neighbours from the 1960s.

It’s fine. Lots of options in the Hilton Village. Units are quite small. Ocean view is more of a parking lot view with ocean in the distance
