Very clean, comfortable room. Owners very welcoming and accommodating. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. Great location and parking a huge bonus. Will definitely stay again.

Great find. Fiona and James are very welcoming and helpful hosts. The room was lovely and big and the welcom tray well stocked. Lovely clean bathroom and plenty of toiletries. Would definitely recommend.

Had a lovely stay , Sharon (and Teddy) , were extremely friendly and welcoming . Our room and the guest house in general was very clean and the breakfast was lovely (I had the Full English both days). The location was very good with only a 10-15 minute into the main part of town or a 20 second walk to the beach front . Well worth the high rating it already has , thanks Sharon for a great stay !!!
