Dalesgate Hotel

The hotel needs a little TLC and perhaps renovation, but the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was ok, but the shower was not very powerful and the tv was super small and quiet.

Really enjoyed our stay the rooms were spotless as was the bathroom the beds very comfortable the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent would definitely stay again Also good location

Check in was all done via email, all doors need your passcode and car park at back of hotel has plenty of room. Room was clean, and had plenty of storage, clean bathroom and tea and coffee, there was also freeview tv and a hairdryer (didn’t use so can’t comment on how good/bad). We stayed for two nights and would book again, breakfast was good too, plenty of choice from continental, fruit, yogurts and of course a full English. No bar but a lovely pub down the road that did meals. Would highly recommend that also. Not far from the town centre too

Fairly convenint for the station, we got cheap taxi great free parking, rooms adequate but beds & bathroom rather small

Very good. Basic. Very clean towels changed daily. Good breakfast. Good range of teas in the room and at breakfast

Dalesgate was nothing fancy, but immaculately clean, very comfortable and the included breakfast was icing on the cake. Very reasonably priced.

The property, unfortunately, has seen better days. My room had missing vertical blinds and the bathroom had broken vertical blinds. Visible mould in the sealant around the bathroom window. Rusting radiators! Took an age to get hot water to the shower and then was only a dribble - very hard to shower. Large gap beneath the rom door let lots of light in and the doors slammed when let go - glad I had earplugs! The code was given to use for a self check in did not work so I had to call to be given a new code to get in the building. It was however cleaned well each day by the staff and the staff I saw at breakfast were friendly and the breakfast was ok.

Loved the hotel in a beautiful setting, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The self check-in system is amazing as you don't have to rely on hotel staff to enter/leave the hotel and your room, but the staff were always around to assist. Free onsite parking. Highly recommend if you are travelling to West Yorkshire.

Great hotel undergoing transformation. Modern smarlocks on doors are impressive allowing easy check-in process. Delicious breakfast. Comfortable beds and beautiful views from rooms. Recommend to couples.

Work booked this place for me for just 1 night it's great car park good bed comfy sheets lovely nice towels breakfast great if work make this place my place when I,m over in Keighley its fine by me my room was on main road side was only downside
