The refrigerator was leaking, and there was a massive puddle on the floor. We put a towel on it, and I tried to call the front desk, but the phone was dead. So I walked down there, and she said she would send extra towels up but never did. She also told me that there were no more double rooms available, so we were stuck there. I couldn't tell you when the room was cleaned. The floor was sticky, and the shower was dirty.

The chairs in the room was tore up the blankets had holes on them
Needs to be updated, rooms in poor condition front desk are fine
Door didnt fit, big gaps around door, door handle was broken and hard to operate, toilet seat broken and slid all over, bed and pillows very uncomfortable

We had a clean room when we arrived, an enjoyed a good complimentary breakfast the next morning! Great for the price & location.
Property is conveniently located. The building needs more TLC and maintenance. Staff very friendly. The shower door in my room had mold or dirt.
I loved it
My employee is now covered in Bed Bug Bites! I think that will sum it up pretty well. Terrible!
