When I got to the room multiple cockroaches were on the ac and the bathroom wall and the AC did not work. The guy at the counter was very nice and he was able to get the ac working. The bed is the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on in my life. I’m a regional manager and I sleep in hotels all across the Southeast US, three to four nights a week for the last 20 years. This is the second worst hotel I’ve ever been in. I paid for 3 nights but absolutely could not stand to be in this hotel another night. Also the breakfast bar, the OJ was rotten, the apple juice was out so the only other choice was water. Terrible place to stay.
it was good! will stay again! it was clean! bed was comfortable! outside is a little rough but i think they remolding!
Door was extremely difficult to open, it took more than six times trying to get the key to work. The door appeared to have been painted shut and being a senior,I had an extremely hard time.
The rooms had new appliances, but the buildings were old. Generally fine for the money.
There was roches in our room
It was in a perfect spot for shopping and eaterys.
The overall cleaniness of the room was below average. The room wasn't ready after the check-in time. The "no- smoking" room smells as if it had been a smoking room for decades. The linens had cigarette burns in them. But overall, it was ok. The room was just under $100, so you get what you pay for.
Big nice clean swimming pools
Do not use this hotel. Very dirty
There were Cobwebs in every corner of the room, the floor had debris and needed to be swept. The a/c unit had mold and needed to be cleaned.
