Guests highly rate the prompt service and frequently praise the good breakfast.
Check in was good, the ladies were friendly. The hotel is in a convenient area. The room was slightly dirty. I carry my own cleaning supplies and the floors couldn’t have been any nastier. That’s my biggest complaint.

One side of the bed looked like someone had been laying on it and the toilet seat had not been cleaned as per splash marks.

The check-in was fast and efficient. The room seemed to have been updated recently, but there were cleanliness issues. The cleanliness issues were related to spider webs in several places of the room. The bed was comfortable and I did not have any issues with sleeping. I understand that this is not a four-star hotel, but I also understand that the cleanliness issues should be addressed. I doubt I will stay there again. I did not address these issues with the front desk because I was alone and was very tired.
It was an older hotel. The railing was a little scary. The hotel was not full and even though we were obviously disabled they still put us upstairs. The outside was clean.
I felt unsave, it was 2 hotels in 1. Went for work, mold in rooms, no cleaning srvice.
Service was polite and friendly. Breakfast was included, very very basic offerings. Room was remodeled, and sheets and towels were high quality. Floor is faux hardwood, not carpeted, which felt cleaner, but chilly floors as a result. Sink & shower, and surfaces were all clean. This is an old building - walls, door were dirty and paint chipped. All needed to be painted. Door was in need of full replacement.
Everything was great except there were no waffles which I was looking forward to. The continental breakfast was just pastry's and coffee that was not hot. Guess you just got to go with it during the Covid. Only thing I don't understand another hotel Days Inn in Manning S.C. had waffles, muffins, cold cereal.
