Great location. Lovely hosts. Good value for money.

The owners/staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to ensure you had everything you needed.

I so disappointed not to get a sea view room as it was a main reason I picked this over other hotels in the area. The room was okay, but cold when I arrived on a wet evening and I was surprised to find the heating turned off in the room. It would have been nice to have a warm room to arrive to. There was no freah milk offered and no water in the room, which is fairly standard now. I was also surprised I be told cooked breakfast doesn’t start until 9.00am. As I was on a walking trip this was later than I would have liked, but was nice when served up. The fruit selection for breakfast was good. There is a nice pub a short walk towards St Ives called The Cornish Arms, which wasn’t mentioned when I asked about good local places to eat. I had a good meal at a reasonable price there.

Friendly family run B&B. Delicious hot breakfast and a great service. Nothing was too much trouble. Great view from our room. Very close to St Ives either on foot or by train, with the station just five minutes walk from the accommodation. Will definitely be returning.

Lovely location I expect the rooms over the bay would suit honeymooners but being an angler my room was fine. Excellent landlord friendly and helpful only had one breakfast but it was tasty with quality ingredients. Decorated to a high standard and very clean rooms. Open bar to help yourself. Parking a little difficult but at least it was free probably what made my booking.

Martin and Margaret were very friendly and welcoming from the minute we arrived. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them, from making us feel at home, to telling us about the local sights and amenities. The house had a fresh and clean appearance and a cosy atmosphere. Would recommend and I would stay again

My fiancé and I just got back after the Easter break. We had the attic room it was lovely. Thanks to Martin and Margret, very nice people that go the extra mile. We even got an Easter egg on Easter Sunday 😀

had a lovely 4day stay, our room overlooked the bay, lovely walk down to beach, parking good harty breakfast. Martin helpful with the bags and advice about the area, unfortunately it rained for most of the time but it was a pleasant and convenient stay. Very convenient to supermarket and restaurants, and easy access to the main roads to explore Cornwall
