"Brilliant "

We had a fantastic 4 nights here.Martin and Margaret were such lovely hosts. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was lovely. It feels like we have made two new friends. Thank you both for making us feel so comfortable

"Excellent"

Loved the spacious rooms. Amazing shower - nice and hot/cold perfect for however you like your shower. Rooms were a good temperature. Beautiful views. Calming decore. Didn't like that they didn't refill tea/sugar/milk on daily basis. Breakfast options limited. Floors very thin, wardrobes rattles with every step. Easy access to local amenities. Would stay again.

"A Perfect Stay"

We have stayed here before. A lovely welcoming couple who provide comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms and a substantial breakfast in the morning. We returned for a second visit because our first stay was faultless. We shall be returning again in the autumn. A perfect setting and excellent service. We shall always stay here whenever we return to Carbis Bay. Station is only five minutes walk from the B&B with a regular shuttle train service between St Erth and St Ives calling at Carbis a Bay.

"Exceptional"

Hotel was close to the beach & train station. The room overlooked the sea. There was a coastal path to St Ives which took approx 35 minutes to walk but was very pleasant, 5 minutes by train. If you walk back late it is dark along the path.

We really enjoyed our stay. The people were very friendly and the hotel was nice and clean and suited our needs. It was much more reasonably priced than other hotels in the area. There was a short train trip into St Ives from nearby the hotel which was good.

Very clean, within walking distance of shop anad beautiful beach. Also train station nearby . The hosts are very welcoming and friendly and imformative about nearby places to visit.

The bedroom was very disappointing. The shower was impossible to use. Far too small. Otherwise great views, friendly owners and great location.
