Very good value for money there also was no charge for car parking which I have been caught out with before staff were very nice and helpful very good breakfast have stayed in several guest houses in York and will definitely stay here again

Stairs to room were quite steep and bathroom was a bit on the small side

We got the impression the owners were trying their best to make customers happy.

Room was small and a bit over crowded. Would have liked better towels.
