Location, staff was great; comfortable

Wouldn't give me a folio upon leaving. Said it was your responsibility. So can I get a receipt from you?

Easy street access. Nice little Waterpark area for the kids

Elevator, hall way and room smelled so much like cigarette smoke. Beds didn’t seem well made up.

Room was nice but pool was so overly chlorinated it made my eyes burn and made breathing impossible just from the air Employees were mean :(

The pool area was nice. Beds are comfy. Was fairly clean(found a nail and skittle on the floor of our second room).

The stay was marked as a disappointment due to faulty rooms and poor service from Marcus. We arrived around 4 for check in -only one of our pre-booked rooms was ready which was fine- we were okay with waiting as they were on the same floor. But then we were told it wouldn't be ready for another hour or two so we said we were okay getting moved to a different floor: we got the paperwork filled out but I had to run to grab my card and I came back and they had given the room to someone else. They found another room; we got to that room and scanned into it to see that it looked as if someone had JUST left. And the final room was cleaned although it wasn’t ready until after 6pm and they couldn't get the TV to work until 11pm. Before that point we called the front desk (Marcus) for help and he said that he was the only one there and we would have to wait until morning; we asked if there was a maintenance person or manager we could call he demanded there was not. We were frustrated about the rooms already and the tv on top of it and Marcus lying about being the only person there. We went to the front desk and Anna helped us figure everything out. We appreciate her and her work. But everything else is unacceptable.
