Easy to find and was able to check in early. Nice people!

The lady whom did my check-in was very pleasant. Room was enormous and clean.

Great hotel, friendly helpf

Front desk staff was not very friendly. Parking lot lights were blinking probably going out so it was like strobe lights into our room. Overall just did not feel welcoming

The people were nice and the building was OK but my room smelled rank. I was too tired to ask for another room.

The room was fine, and the staff were all pleasant. The biggest concern I had was the fact there was no direct cable TV in the hotel. It was all streaming services that you had to use your own accounts to log in to. That was inconvenient and something I would not want in a hotel room again.

I arrived at 11pm at night. Check-in was fine, the clerk was nice, room was clean. I walk into the room & its piping hot, which I would expect in July, I quickly lower the thermostat. I soon find out the window A/C unit is on the fritz. It would run for a few minutes then shut off for a few, and repeated the process the entire night. I didn't go ask for another room, it was late at night, so I ended up moving the recliner to the front of the A/C unit, set up my personal fan next to me, put down the bed comforter and slept on the recliner. Not a great sleep but cool enough. The room temp never got below 73 all night. I think the preventive maintenance is not being performed at this location. I wouldn't stay here again.

We drove 4 hours and everywhere was booked due to a ball tournament. We found this place and booked a king suite. Our room smelled awful. We found an old full fast food bag of spoiled open condiments and the dishwasher was FULL of dirty moldy dishes. The night shift girl was very nice and helpful. We were moved to a queen (there wasn’t another king) and there was a dirty sock in the bed. The next morning we spoke to the manager who was confrontational and then offered only 10% off. We said that wasn’t good enough as it was disgustingly unexceptionable and his response was “well, nothing in life is free and if you didn’t like your room you could’ve just left” There was no place else to go or we would’ve! We drove 4 hours to be put in 2 rooms that were dirty, downgraded from a king to a queen so we didn’t even sleep comfortably because my boyfriend, who is a big guy and has a bad leg and it’s hard for him to get comfortable. We’ll never stay there again and they MOST DEFINITELY didn’t meet their “IHG Clean Promise” motto…whatsoever
