We loved how we could have been in Fiji it was that beautiful and so much to do. We feel that if our room had a small kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out for 3 meals a day it would be more affordable and we would go back sooner than later, we only took 1 child if we had of taken our 3 boys we wouldn’t go back again to expensive. Yes we get everything has to be taken over by boat but paying $4.50 for a 600ml of water will turn a lot of people off going again. Being in business ourselves we think the owners are looking to much at there bank balance and profits and also relying to much on asian tourists. It could be like Noosa where you can afford to go 2-3 times a year instead of maybe going once more with our 3 boys together as a family and we could never go again, but we would have to stay in the older units so we get a kitchen instead of upgrading to the Deluxe ocean view room. Such a shame we have to be honest and put this review as the resort is spotlessly clean and all staff want to be there and are happy 😃 even know they live there as well it must be isolating. Management have a think 🤔 about your practices. To think you have ship wrecks with Coral etc so close to Brisbane and people that can’t or won’t fly can drive there from Nsw as well. We have lived on the Goldcoast for 10 years and had never heard about Tangalooma it was only that our neighbours had just been that we looked up about it, marketing needs a reboot and overhaul if there is any

Room(Resort Room) had just been refurbished and was very comfortable. Resort was having more reno's done while we were there. The Fire & Stone restaurant was awful in both food and service, however the other eating options were absolutely fine.Outside of the resort, the Island is AMAZING!! with heaps to see and do. Being remote expect to pay more for essentials etc but a small price to pay :)

Great for kids, beautiful location, plenty to do ..or perfect for lazing on the beach, pool or bar. Some activities can be expensive for families but you work out what you really want to do and find fun elsewhere with bush walks or free sports gear hire (tennis, squash, table tennis, volley ball etc). Dolphins, birdlife were spectacular.

All good. This is my 5th time to there. But I think the ferry fee is too expensive. And there is no waders for kids...

Great island, lots of unique activities! Josh is great to listen to at the animal encounters and we had a great laugh with Tony & Travis on the ferry over. A brilliant mini holiday from start to finish!!!!

The hotel was comfortable enough, however the breakfast buffet was very poor quality for the price, only instant coffee was available not even brew coffee I travel a lot so I can compared with others There are not enough attractions there as well when it is winter or raining days. I was bored.
