"Lovely old historical building with good food"

Emily was very friendly and professional, especially when she arrived with a plunger to retrieve the stuck plug. Dinner was delicious and so was breakfast.

Bathroom sink fittings and lighting. Also side cupboards hide electrical fittings and one had to move cupboard quite a way from the wall to access. The correct address should be on Booking.com as we drove up and down narrow Bridgend High Street a couple of times before finding The Great House.

"Sadly not as it’s described, not clean or comfortable."

Location was great, and easy to access. Bedding was clean.

Room not clean, bathroom not clean, very thin mattress which was extremely uncomfortable. When sitting in the bed, you could feel the hard base underneath the mattress. Floors not clean, and lights didn’t work properly with one red feeling light not turning off. Bathroom floods when shower is used.
