"Happy with the hotel, would stay again if in another room."

Almost everything about the room was great. Bright, clean, spacious and friendly staff.

Room appeared to have been updated and very clean except for one area. the bathroom sink and counter were fine but the stand itself was very rusted and off-putting. Seeing the clean white towels next to the rusty counter looked terrible. At the very least, it should have been painted or something.

"The stay was nice and comfortable and very respectful"

We did get up for breakfast, but we were expecting continatial breakfast. I did not read enough of the information.

The tub/shower did to have been cleaner. I need to have my name correct when I check in. The last three stays that I reserved has had me listed as Tillman Roger, my name is Roger Tillman.

Sergio and Daryl were very helpful and great when I was having car trouble. They were extremely helpful.

The bathroom shower fixture broke and the toilet didn't flush. My mom was staying in the same hotel and ended up using her bathroom.

The staff were excellent. The facilities were extremely clean. It was an excellent experience. Personal shoutout to Keondra that works the food and bar area for breakfast on the weekdays. She was extremely polite, friendly, and accommodating.

My Verizon service didn’t work well, but that’s about it. I’m sure that’s not Hilton’s fault.

"This was the worse Hilton experience ever!!!"

The mirror in the room was the only thing I thought was super cute.

When I got there I had to wait almost 3 hours to check in due to short of staff and rooms wasn’t ready. There was no towels in my room didn’t get any until after 11 that night. The hot water wasn’t working at all. And the beds are so hard and uncomfortable. This is the first Hilton I ever had a bad experience at.
