"Checked out 3 hours after arrival because unable to tolerate bed bugs. In addition bed linens were stained"

There were bed bugs!!!!

There were bed bugs. Never located fitness center. If there was a pool …? Never saw it. Outdoor seating area small no landscaping - for existing in small patio area without any shade coverage or ambience. Check in check out staff was very busy but staff was nice. Cannot get a refund !! Left and went to HGI in Bosier city. That hotel was fabulous. Also no receipt received and fighting for a refund. Refrigerator also out of order.bit did quickly come to fix.

"Overall a nice hotel"

The rooms were nice and clean l, beds were comfortable

The hallway by the pool was a dangerous area, too much water left outside the door after several people coming out of the area, definitely a hazard
