Conveniently located, clean, great breakfast, literature in living room for hiking info, strong shower and deep tub for baths, plenty of clothes storage, bright rooms with darkening shades if needed.

"Wonderful couple of days."

Perfectly situated and the mountain view from my window was stunning. The room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed with a great shower. There was also a lovely garden I was able to sit out in one afternoon. The host was super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a great choice too.

20 min walk to Keswick. Quiet location 5mins from country pub.

Single bed not suitable for anyone over 6 foot 3.

"Good !"

Nice and clean small room. Good for me, just for sleep and shower. Perfect for trip around Lake District. Private parking. Breakfast excellent lots of choice made what you like by host. Host very friendly and kind. Would def return.
