Location was brilliant, just a short walk into Keswick, and the breakfast was lovely

The mattress was too hard for both of us unfortunately, so didn’t get as good a sleep as hoped

The very welcome and relaxed atmosphere.

Rooms very well equipped... breakfast was very good ... one of the best.. with quality ingredients. The host is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful about the local area.

Hospitality was faultless Room n facilities impeccable The breakfast menu and what was ultimately served Were spot on Location Felt cumbrian I will return many times over

There's nothing to not like at piwe house

Good location, plenty of parking, fast wi-fi, very clean, comfortable lounge

The mattress on the bed was joined in the middle instead of being one complete mattress. The centre join was uncomfortable. Plus breakfast timing was very inflexible. Starting at 08.30 is too late. No porridge...??

I didn't have breakfast cos I was leaving before it was available both days

Nothing, it was great, very good parking! I might have had breakfast if I was later l3aving or if it started earlier
