It was a beautiful house. Lovely and clean and a huge room. Well stocked with tea, coffee, hot chocolate everything you could possibly want and more. Well situated for walking into centre of Keswick. The breakfast was excellent and so well presented.

Lovely Breakfast, lovely big room. Lots of little touches like Bubble Bath provided. Breakfast table set with lovely matching crockery. Really comfortable in a quiet location. Slept well.
