Slightly struggled with the car park as it's quite steep, but could just be my car!

Good location, It's very close to town by car, about 4-5 minutes. The room is very quiet and the staff is very friendly. The water pressure in the shower is very sufficient! They provided l‘occitane showing products. love this.

nothing really. But the breakfast is around 8:30-9am, If you wake up late like we did, you will miss it

Lovely room very comfortable. Great bathroom. Lots of tea, and biscuits and more on offer if required. Great information from Andrew and in the room. Fantastic breakfast plenty of food and a great choice

The location was excellent for anyone wanting to walk up Catbells and was only a short drive or 30 miniute walk to Keswick. The full English was 'hearty' and well presented.
