The front desk staff were professional, courteous, and genuinely welcoming. They made check-in quick and easy, and were happy to answer any questions I had throughout my stay. There was plenty of parking available onsite, which made it super convenient since I was driving. I never had to worry about finding a spot, even when I came back late. The location is fantastic — right off a major highway exit, so it’s very easy to find and perfect for road travelers. Plus, it’s just a few minutes from downtown Albuquerque, which made it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day of activities. The cleaning staff did an excellent job maintaining the room and common areas — everything felt fresh and well-kept. I also loved how close the hotel is to great local restaurants, parks, and attractions — you can walk or take a quick drive to some of the best spots in town. Definitely a great base for anyone wanting to explore Albuquerque. Another bonus: it’s only a short drive to Albuquerque International Sunport Airport, making it super convenient if you’re flying in or out. The Room smelled. I had perfume and sprayed the room.

OK, so considering the area of Albuquerque, this place was actually really nice and exceeded my expectations. My room was clean. Paint was new, and aside from a tile in the shower that needs to be replaced, The beds were great even!. The only thing that was a little annoying was the intersection next to the hotel apparently is a popular spot for people to rev their cars at all hours of the night, but the fan/ air conditioner in the room is capable of blowing all night, which helps provide white noise. The only other thing I would ask them to change is to make breakfast earlier because I did not get to utilize the breakfast services the two days that I was there as I had to do a 3 Hour Drive to Roswell for a funeral Saturday and had to be on an early flight Sunday. otherwise nice people great room well exceeded my expectations for the price.

Clean room.

Very bad breakfast. there was nothing available. Waffle batter was bad my waffle tasted sour. Milk looked old/ not very cold. No butter. No syrup. Cereal dispenser broken. Juice machine broken. I don't know what they're supposed to offer, but what they did have was not good.

Breakfast food was all gone when we got there, and it was still in the time frame that breakfast was being served.
