Comfortable bed

There appears to be minimal upkeep of the property infrastructure happening, ie; swimming pool was out of use and looked in disrepair, the exterior of the hotel appears to need a bit of a makeover and a good paint job, the shower/toilet door had moisture damage, the shower exhaust fan needed new bearings (very noisy), the shower wall had a hole opening next to the taps where previous taps were replaced & blanked off, also you do need to lift luggage up stairs if you are staying on 1st level (no lift). Surprisingly, noise from adjacent express way was not too bad as I had a rear room (not facing the expressway), hence I did have a good nights sleep as a result.

Excellent service, employees personable, reasonable price, and clean. This is a hotel built out of love, sweat, and tears. They also mentioned remodeling the place soon (even though the furniture and features seemed up to date) which tells me it's still a growing venue. Will be staying here each time I go to Albuquerque.

For a female traveling alone, this place was scary! The clerk gave me two options for which room I wanted but said he would not refund my pre-paid reservation if I wanted to go elsewhere. The premises were dirty and old, the room was dirty, the sheets were disgusting - holes, stains - the bathroom sink only dispenses cold water (no warm or hot water to wash my face in the morning.) The bathtub filled up with dirty water when I took my shower, and didn't drain until I turned the water off (I did not take a long shower.) There is NO place to put things in the bathroom unless you balance your stuff around the small sink, or on the toilet - UGH! I took two videos of the things I have described. I do not know how to pull single pics from the videos. The area around the property is insanely noisey all night long with sirens, vehicles, people shouting, etc.. I got almost zero sleep, and got out of Dodge as soon as the sun came up (It didn't feel safe to be loading my car in the dark.) I would NEVER stay at this hotel again, even with a companion!

So bad, sirens all night, area terrible, no proper lock on door, had to put a chair against the door. The condition is terrible in general. The staff super friendly however

Room smelt like must and there was a creaking sound coming from the bathroom. But ut was clean

Relatively quite place and comfortable bed

Breakfast starts too late, rather be having a cup of coffee at 7 am to start the day.

The room served its purpose of having a place to rest/sleep, however, one of our towels were dirty. Had to go request a different one from front desk. Curtains/bedding had cigarette burns in them. One of the reviews mentioned street racing, they weren't lying! You heard it all throughout the night. Another convenience for me was the location, it was near the things I needed it to be.
