Impromptu one night stay at the pier House. I cannot rate our stay highly enough. From booking to leaving the service was exemplary. The hotel has been well refurbished and nothing has been overlooked. The staff were delightful, going the extra mile. The food was great. We will definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay at The Pier House! The location was absolutely lovely, offering beautiful surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere. The service was excellent, with the staff providing warm and friendly hospitality that made us feel truly welcome. Our room was very comfortable, featuring a spacious shower area that added to our overall comfort. To our delight, we even received a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The hospitality was top-notch, and we fully enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely 3 night stay at The Pier House Hotel. Luxury room overlooking the harbour. Dual aspect windows. This "room" was almost a suite with stairs leading up to a landing/study and a very spacious combined bath and shower room. Good dining and social life downstairs in the bar, with very friendly staff. Relaxed breakfasts - nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Wow, what a gem of a place!! i was reluctant to write a review, just purely based on being selfish as i didn't want to share this beautiful hotel with anyone!! The hotel, service and food were all amazing, and i didn't want to leave. the sunrise is beautiful over the harbor. all i can say is this is a truly amazing place and I will definitely be booking this hotel again this year when i return.

Have a wonderful stay. The room was fantastic and was upgraded to a king size room from cabin room. The whole interior is immaculate and the breakfast was delicious.

Another fantastic stay at the Pier House. Room 21 is our favourite so far, the huge corner window seat was perfect for wave and people watching. The bed was really comfortable and everything was of a very high quality. The staff are lovely and so friendly. Breakfast was excellent and the evening meal was good but not so keen on the latest menu options, but that’s just our personal preferences. We’ll be back!

Superb hotel in a fantastic location, with excellent staff, lovely rooms and great food and drinks on offer.

Fantastic place, great accommodation, lovely rooms, nice food and drink. Location could not be better. Staff were wonderful, friendly and chatty. We will be coming back. The only improvement we can suggest is for the doors to rooms to have soft closing mechanisms as the doors constantly slam shut.

Third time staying at The Pier House and it still excels. Staff are always fantastic, food is great and the accommodation is perfect. I’ll be back again for another stay.
