St Benets is a beautiful historic building and a quiet, peaceful place to stay for exploring central Cornwall. The staff were all very friendly and the room was just as advertised. I'd highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

"What a gem of a place"

From the moment we got to St Benets to the moment we left, the service had been impeccable. Jenny is a delight and so friendly. The room was spotless, wonderful view over the front garden, breakfast was cooked to perfection. Very comfortable bed and a nice touch with protein bars and hot chocolate as well as tea and coffee facilities in the room. The abbey is peaceful and the gardens are very pretty. Only a 5-7 min walk into Lanivet where we had a lovely dinner at the Lanivet Inn. Very convenient Spar shop there as well. Brilliant location from which to explore Cornwall. Highly recommend.

The Hotel was nice and clean pleasant staff and overall very quiet place to stay. Close by within walking distance there’s only two places to eat ( a price reasonable pub and a fish and chips restaurant) you do have to book up at least a day maybe two days before. At the pub.
