Beautiful and a very clean place. The staff were friendly and they allowed our dog to stay on site and join us for breakfast everyday at the dining area. Overall, we had an amazing experience here.

Very pleasant stay. Particularly large room. Very comfortable king sized four poster bed. Lovely garden for my puppy to enjoy.

We arrived just after 8pm. Our greeting was friendly but we hadn't even put our bags on the reception floor before we were asked to make our breakfast choices for the morning. Our room was large and spacious. However the quilt cover didn't fit the quilt. The room could have easily accommodated a couple of tub or lounge chairs but there was just a single tiny bedroom chair. The bathroom was outdated, an over the bath shower with a plastic shower curtain and a plastic basin. The breakfast was by far the most disappointing, the buffet selection was a few child size cereal packets of common breakfasts. There was no milk provided. The orange juice was served at the table in tiny glasses and not replenished. The eggs were overcooked and hard. The sausages were two small chipolatas of not very good quality. Toast was a very cheap bread which went like cardboard. The decoration is tired and disjointed not at all in keeping with the beautiful building. There was a pool table in the breakfast room. Chairs were pub style wooden and uncomfortable. Overall this is by no means a four star hotel it is lacking in all areas apart from cleanliness which was good.

We had a pleasant time here. All very friendly and approachable. Always making sure you have what you need. Breakfast was lovely. Short walk to the village, where there is a shop, post office, fish and chip shop and the local pub - food here was really good.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was beautifully clean as was the whole place. Two issues for me were a very hard bed and also the WiFi was poor, but other than that it was a perfect stay. Breakfast was good. Location was good for daily tours to any part of Cornwall plus there is a good pub a short walk into the village for dinner.

A really pleasant stay with a charming host - Jenny. We thought the accommodation was unusual and liked the fact that we could sit in the garden. Before our stay we were a little worried about the proximity of the road but the B&B has solid walls and we slept well. Sitting in the garden listening to the stream you were not aware of the road.
