Really warm and friendly welcome, excellent breakfast. The room was spacious and clean i would fully recommend

In a beautiful quiet wooded location but not far from the A30. Set in a lovely garden. Very friendly, caring service, clean, and comfortable, well heated and recently re decorated. Excellent breakfast.

Friendly staff, lovely old building, but needs some modernising. Good enough for one night stay.

Great welcome. Superb location for sightseeing and very close to good pub (Lanivet Inn) for evening meal. Would return.

Jenny greeted us at the door and was wonderful. The grounds are pleasant and charming, and the location is great for visiting a number of sites. Breakfast was decent. The only thing that made our stay literally uncomfortable was the bed, which had some springs poking up to the surface into our backs.

Very charming bed & breakfast, historical and full of old world charm. Really nice and caring staff. Lots of parking. Room 1 and 3 had a huge bed and bathtubs. Supermarket and pub located nearby.

Every friendly And helpful had standard room bed very hard otherwise nice room, refreshment tray in room tea coffee hot chocolate, good chose breakfast menu. Wood stay again in different room.

My sister and I stayed here and loved it so clean and a great welcome and breakfast. It has so much character and a wooded area at the back and great garden to sit outside and enjoy the weather hope to stay again when on
