10 out of 10, for property hosts cleanliness friendliness no complaints whatsoever great breakfast will be going back to stay again very convenient for going out for walking and general sightseeing

Breakfast was very good. Good location not far from the centre of the village.

The door key to my room from the outside it was difficult to put in.

Wir hatten ein Bad mit Tageslicht, eine sehr schöne Abwechslung auf unserem Roadtrip. Das Zimmer war eher klein, aber gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war lecker, konnte im voraus bis abends bestellt werden. Es gab frisches Obst und eine leckere Abwechslung vom typischen English Breakfast: Toast mit Rührei und Lachs. Über allem steht die Freundlichkeit von Lesley und Chris. Lesley gibt sehr ausführlich tolle Hinweise zum Wandern und hat uns mit Karten ausgestattet. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer in zweiten Stock. Es war schon etwas schwierig das Gepäck nach oben zu bekommen, da die Treppe steil und eng war. Aber wir sind noch sportlich und haben es gemeistert

Sehr freundliche Besitzer, fantastisches Frühstück , sehr hilfreiche und kompetente Beratung was man vor Ort unternehmen kann ( Ausflüge,wandernungen )

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Super Frühstück! Tolle Wanderungen direkt vor der Haustür.

Super lovely hosts and what a cute, perfect location to stay! Room bigger than any we’ve had in Lynton in recent years, super comfy bed and lovely facilities. Breakfast was superb and nothing was too much trouble, the mini fridge was an absolute bonus which you never see in places! We discovered some new spots to explore and had parking at all times. We will defo be back, thank you!
