"A lovely few days away in a wonderful bed and breakfast."

The couple that ran the b and b were lovely. Nothing was to much trouble, very chatty and friendly, Room was very comfortable and spacious and light and airy. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice. Bed was lovely and comfortable and shower lovely and hot. Couldn't fault our stay. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

Wasn't anything we didn't like.

"A lovely stay"

A lovely traditional B&B in an excellent location, with beautiful gardens. Our room was cosy and clean and really quiet. It was ideal having a mini fridge to keep a small bottle of milk cold, the little treats in the room on arrival was a lovely touch. Chris and Lesley were the perfect hosts, very friendly, welcoming and approachable.The breakfasts each morning were cooked to perfection and the breakfast choice offering was great. Thank you for a lovely stay.

"Excellent bed and Breakfast"

We enjoyed our stay at the Denes very much. The accommodation was excellent, the breakfast superb and the owners very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed talking with them and shared several laughs. Hopefully we will return again one day.

"A lovely place to stay"

The Denes is a lovely, comfortable place to stay. We had not visited Lynton before and were amazed by the beauty of the surroundings. The Denes is within easy walking distance of the town & we found an excellent pub there. Our hosts were so friendly & helpful & our breakfast was delicious & generous! We would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing we disliked about our stay at The Denes.
