The Denes Guest House

Th hosts, Chris & Lesley made us feel very welcome and were a great source of information for our stay. The breakfasts were very good and cooked to perfection by Chris.

I did find the bed a little hard, but that's a personal preference and as I have a bad back need something bit softer.

Fantastic B&B This was our third visit, and we're still delighted! The breakfasts are incredibly tasty, and the owners are very kind and friendly. We will definitely be back here next year - our stay was so good that we can't wait for another one! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an excellent weekend getaway.

Perfect location, big spacious room, comfortable bed, tasty breakfast.

Noisy fridge, no place for charging phone close to bed, had to unplug the click to charge my phone.

Chris and Lesley were the perfect hosts, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. The Denes is the perfect location if you want to walk the Valley of the Rocks. The guest house is clean and has everything you need for a getaway. The breakfast was great and the best poached eggs ever. We would definitely go back again if we were in the area.

TV sound a little scratchy and Sky would have been nice.

We had such a lovely stay at Denes, everything was perfect and we felt very well looked after! We really appreciated the tips on where to walk and things to do. The room had literally everything we could need and breakfasts were the best!

I found the mattress much too firm for my taste!

We loved our stay at The Denes! Even though we visited the area out of season, Chris and Lesley gave us some great recommendations for the area. They were wonderful hosts! The breakfast was excellent too!
