"Peaceful, relaxing and a perfect base for a week of exploring!"

The house itself was beautiful and the room clean, comfortable and calming. The location was perfect, we walked in and out of Ambleside multiple times a day, its super close. It was quiet and peaceful in the room despite being on the road, we were able to get lots of uni work done in between our walks. The breakfasts were delicious and most importantly the care from Steve and Tina was perfect.

Tina and Steve were the perfect hosts and went the extra mile to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. The room was well maintained, decorated and equipped to a very high standard. The breakfasts were fantastic!

There was nothing that we didn't like.

The breakfast was run very efficiently. Filled a form stating your choices. When down at breakfast it was all brought to you. The porridge was delicious and hot. All of the food was lovely and well presented.
