"Wonderful"

The location was amazing, right on the edge of Ambleside, close enough for a stroll through Ambleside, a lake walk or a mountain walk with no driving required! Steve and Tina were absolutely lovely, they couldn’t do enough for you, always made you feel comfortable and at home. The breakfast was great and the room was clean and tidy.

No complaints, everything was great!

"Well Worked Wanslea was Wickedly Wonderful"

Great welcome from Steve, free parking at Low Fold which is a few yards away. Excellent full English breakfast, fried bread was EXCEPTIONAL!

Wanslea Guest House was comfortable, clean, with a great shower and delicious breakfast. Our hosts were delightful people. It has everything you need for a Lakes break plus it’s a short walk from the centre of Ambleside and free parking is included. Perfect!

Staff at the house were wonderful. Steve was very welcoming, polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, wish we could have had it the second morning. Thank you to the lovely lady who made it.
