Groarty House & Manor B&B

My arrival I was treated to nice countryside, a warm welcome by the owners and an amazing Manor House, grounds and room. They even offered to house my motorbike for the night so not to get rained on. My bed was super comfy, a warm cosy room, lovely shower. In addition, the family even offered to pick me up some food, as it was so late, whilst they were in town. How nice! Great nights sleep and Margaret cooked me a cracking full Irish breakfast in the morning. Thank you!

Arrived 2 hrs later than expected, this was no problem for them, lovely family, serenaded at breakfast which both was also fabulous, the grounds and view are beautiful, room was cosy and warm, the bed is like sleeping on a cloud or the nearest you imagine it to be especially after a long journey.

We stayed here for one night as we were attending a friends wedding in An Grianan Hotel, the b&b was very close to the hotel and the owner kindly dropped us to the hotel which I thought was a lovely gesture. We would definitely recommend this property.

We had a great stay at Groarty B and B it was cosy and comfortable. It is situated in a beautiful place with lovely country views though it can be a little tricky if you aren't used to the country roads to access. The breakfast in the AM was fantastic!! Best breakfast we had had in Ireland and very accommodating. The only other thing was the check in was at 5pm which we didn't realise as it was on the last page of our hotel world booking. Overall we loved the place and would stay again.

Well signposted guest house approximately 15 mins from city centre. Friendly staff. ELMS was a large double room with ensuite facilities and could have taken a child's bed. Good heating system and plenty of hot water. Hearty cooked breakfast. Wifi and TV...

Host family was Charming and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Grounds of the B&B we're beautiful. Breakfast was made to order and delicious, we would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The location was close to town, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. John and Martha were pleasant and helpful.

We were greeted warmly and shown to our room with a truly fabulous view of Londonderry. Breakfast choices and service were excellent. Most wonderful were our hosts who helped us with a flat tire repair, refusing to accept payment for such personal service, and sent us on our way. We wholeheartedly recommend you choose Groarty when you're in Londonderry.
