Nice and tranquil location with plenty of car parking spaces. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Food offered was varied and nicely cooked. You’ll need a car to visit Derry and surrounding area. Very comfortable rooms and good wash rooms.

Margaret welcomed us with a smile; room shown and we enjoyed a comfortable end to a long day: good sleep after a soccer match/tv in room; great WiFi; garden view; Derry’s town lights twinkling in the dark. All very clean and modern; huge shower and lots of hangers in closet; hot drink tray and cookies in room. Easy to find; easy parking; grounds lovely. Breakfast good: Irish and continental. Another bed n breakfast that has become a bridge in our 18 day journey. We had toured Derry’s Old City Wall and eaten at Granny Annies; the atmosphere is old style eclectic and just amazing. Dinner was great too. Located @ a statue in intersection on Bishops Street.

Beautiful, peaceful, farm setting, John and Margaret were very nice and helpful. Room and breakfast great. Only a larger TV would have been nice.

"Night in Groarty "

Great place to stay.. warm,cosy and comfortable.Good sized room.. we were in a twin room and had ample space for both our bags and gear.Giid parking and quiet nights sleep.Welcomed by a very friendly lady who was most helpful.

Nice place, wonderful water pressure in the shower. Margaret was welcoming and gave an excellent suggestion for dinner nearby (The Cosh Bar and Grill). When we checked in Margaret asked for our breakfast order and what time we wanted it....that was very helpful and allowed us to get on our way early. Would definitely stay here again.
