On arrival, we received a complimentary upgrade and the room and comfort was excellent. The pool was lovely and kept very clean by the member of staff keeping the pool and area around it clean. Check in staff were very welcoming too and the location is very good.

Nothing that springs to mind.

Location was magnificent! Sea views were incredible. Lovely spacious clean rooms, cleaned every day. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they made our breakfast very cheerful! I am 100% going to stay here again! Such great value for what you got! Loved it!

The spa was lovely, but needed some maintenance.

"Very good overnight stay pre early airport run."

Incredibly customer focused staff, friendly and humourous! Sorted out two issues for us within minutes, one with getting the aircon working and the other when our room lost all power and we were left in the dark! Service with a smile always.

Very little signage to help orientate ourselves. The lifts were the only place we found floor advice as to where things were. Uncomfortable hot bedding, felt like plastic mattress protectors not pleasant in the heat.
