Lovely room the breakfast was great and its near everything

Room needed painting in parts , toilet brush very dirty, carpet very stained , all windows wouldnt open so to hot at night even after turning radiator off , kettle wouldnt turn off, needed discaling, and little pots of milk made tea , coffee tast funny couldnt drink

"A lovely guest house in a nice location."

The staff and location, breakfast cakes and coffee

The only twin was small and the water pressure in the shower was low. The double rooms are larger but my wife and I find a double bed too tight - we really need either a twin or a king size bed.

Lovely comfortable room with nice decor and lovely touches. Clean and tidy. Great location to Battlesbridge Antique shops. Really good breakfast.

Absolutely beautiful little guest house. All the staff were brilliant. Fantastic breakfast. We will definitely use Fraser's again
