A lovely, friendly hotel. Good value for money

Room a little small

Carpets need a good clean. Coffee was not very nice. The cutlery i had was very thin and cheap, there seemed to be a mix of old cutlery

I stay here often and have never had a problem, until this time.

We booked breakfast at 7.30 am before work (a party of 3 people) but no staff turned up. Wexwaited till 08.20 before having to leave without breakfast. We attempted to contact the property over the following days but always had the call transferred to a voicemail, and there was no follow up from that either. A pity because the service is normally exemplary.
