Good location, but as elderly people with limited walking ability we found the hill into Dawlish a problem as we did not have a car. thAe public transport was good but timing haphazard.

Clean, well equipped and a friendly, relaxed base for exploring the area.

Ideal location - short stroll to town centre. Beautiful view of the sea from bedroom window Spacious room. With fridge. Friendly hosts - eager to please Perfect poached eggs for breakfast!

Shower head in bathroom very small - barely adequate. No grab rail to use stepping over edge of bath to shower. Awkward angled parking spaces if large car.

Nikki the host was just the best, she was welcoming and very funny, the Breakfasts were excellent and I left each morning so full that I didn't need lunch, will definitely be returning here when we next visit Dawlish.

My room… it was next to the staff room and other facilities… felt excluded from the rest of the hotel

Lovely hosts, great room with a huge bed and sea view. Great location, just a short walk to the town and the beach.
