Lyme Bay House

Room was clean and freshly painted. Very comfortable large bed. Friendly hosts. Great breakfast. In a good location with a short walk to all amenities, train station and beach.

The room would have benefited from heavier or black-out curtains. We were awake very early from the light pouring in. Also a little noisy from the main road traffic outside.

the breakfast was exceptional, the land lady was very nice and informative about the area, thankyou very much for an enjoyable few days.

The host was very helpful, going beyond what I normally find in the ig hotel chains. The situation was excellent for access to the town and beach, in minutes on foot. There was parking. Easy to drive to the charming little town of Teignmouth nearby, or the area for general tourism.

The staff was super friendly and polite. The hotel was lovely with a very comfortable bed. I have to say. Great location to the seafront.

For one night stay, it was perfect, more than what I could’ve asked for. So there was nothing I didn’t like.
