Nice location. Room was clean and comfortable

No breakfast! Despite booking for breakfast, on arrival were told they weren't doing breakfast - reviews had made it sound so good! Also told they didn't do single night bookings (what we had booked) - so didn't feel welcomed!

Everything was amazing from check in to check out. The hotel was clean and cozy, both Nikki and Ian were very nice and welcoming. They told us places to eat and walks to take. Location was amazing close to everything.

Very welcoming couple . Clean , Spacious & well presented room with a comfortable bed. Located in walking distance to nearby facilities in Dawlish & nearby towns.

The shower was Luke warm .

I only stayed one night. The bathroom had been recently refurbished and was very clean and modern. The bed was enormous, there was plenty of storage, tea and coffee and a nice big telly.

Not a very welcoming arrival as there were workmen in the building making a lot of noise. I couldn't use the communal area to sit and talk with my son who I was visiting so we had to go straight out again. It was very cold in the room as the window was open but once that was closed and the heating came on it soon warmed up. The decor and furniture in the bedroom was quite dated and not in keeping with the new bathroom but this may have been on the cards to do at a later date. I appreciate that work needs to be done but had I been staying for more than one night the noise from the works would have been a problem.

Nikki and Ian were brilliant hosts, nothing you asked was to much bother. Breakfast was as little or as much as you wanted. All fresh ingredients even the bread was baked next door, would highly recommend.
